Changes, Cancellations and Refunds Policies
CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE
Will be accepted up to 48 hours before the day of the activity.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations requested 72 hours prior to the travel day receive 65% refund.
Cancellations requested within 72 hours prior to the travel day are non-refundable.
Cancellations requested for any reason, beyond the responsibility of the company or the client (strikes, social conflicts, natural disasters, etc.) are refundable, however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation.
