TERMS & CONDITIONS
For all activities and transfers, excluding tours to Machu Picchu or comprehensive packages that involve Machu Picchu, please take into consideration the following:
Change of Travel Date

Requests to change the travel date will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
Cancellations

Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of either the company or the client (such as strikes, social conflicts, or natural disasters) may be refundable; however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation.
Refunds

For payments made via PayPal, refunds are processed immediately.

For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds may take several days depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
For tours to Machu Picchu and comprehensive packages that involve Machu Picchu, please take into consideration the following:
Change of Travel Date

Requests to change the travel date will be accepted only up to seven days prior to the scheduled activity and are subject to availability, particularly during the high season from April to November.

Changes are not valid for the entrance ticket to Machu Picchu. Therefore, if the client decides to change the date of the activity, a new entrance ticket to Machu Picchu must be purchased, subject to availability.
Cancellations

Cancellations submitted at least seven days before the scheduled activity are eligible for a partial refund of 60%.

Cancellations made within six days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation.

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of either the company or the client (such as strikes, social conflicts, or natural disasters) may be refundable; however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation.
