Terms and Conditions
For all activities, excluding tours to Machu Picchu and tour packages, consider:
► CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE
○ Will be accepted up to 24 hours before the day of the activity.
► CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
○ Cancellations requested 24 hours prior to the day of the activity receive a full refund.
○ Cancellations requested within 24 hours prior to the day of the activity are non-refundable.
○ Cancellations requested for any reason, beyond the responsibility of the company or the client (strikes, social conflicts, natural disasters, etc.) are refundable, however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation.
For activities that involve tours to Machu Picchu and tour packages, consider:
► CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE
○ Will be accepted only 5 days before the activity and is subject to availability particularly during the high season from April to November.
○ Changes ARE NOT VALID for the entrance ticket to MACHU PICCHU, therefore, if the client decides to change the date of the activity, the client must purchase another entrance ticket to Machu Picchu which will be subject to availability.
► CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
○ Cancellations requested 4 days before the day of the activity receive a partial refund of 70%.
○ Cancellations requested within 3 days prior to the day of the activity are non-refundable.
○ Cancellations requested for any reason, beyond the responsibility of the company or the client (strikes, social conflicts, natural disasters, etc.) are refundable, however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation.
