Service Description
2-DAY TOUR TO MACHU PICCHU This two-day journey begins on Day 1 at 8:00 a.m., departing by bus from the city of Cusco towards the Ollantaytambo train station, where you will board the train bound for the town of Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon, travellers have free time to explore the town, relax in its hot springs, and rest before the next day (accommodation not included). Day 2 begins early with the ascent to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, where a guided tour reveals its history, architecture, and unique energy. After visiting the citadel, the ascent to Huayna Picchu Mountain begins, offering impressive panoramic views of the entire sanctuary. In the afternoon, the return journey starts by train to Ollantaytambo and continues by tourist transport to Cusco, with an approximate arrival time of 9:00 p.m.

Change, Cancellation and Refund Policies
CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Requests to reschedule the activity will be accepted only up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to additional charges and availability, particularly during high season. - Please note that date changes do not apply to the entrance ticket to Machu Picchu. If the client chooses to modify the activity date, a new entrance ticket must be purchased, which will be subject to availability. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity date are eligible for a 60% partial refund. - Cancellations made within 6 days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation. - In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of either the company or the client (e.g., strikes, social unrest, natural disasters), a refund may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation. REFUNDS - For payments made via PayPal, refunds are processed immediately. - For credit or debit card payments, refunds may take several days depending on your bank’s policies.
