Depending on your chosen schedule — 4:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. — your adventure starts with a comfortable bus and train ride through breathtaking Andean landscapes that set the tone for what awaits. Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, a bus will take you to the entrance of the Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu, where you can explore this extraordinary sanctuary in the morning or afternoon, according to your selected timetable. Each moment offers its own charm: the soft morning light revealing the mountains, or the calm afternoon atmosphere that feels more intimate. A knowledgeable guide will accompany you as you discover the temples, terraces, and viewpoints that make Machu Picchu truly unique. After this remarkable experience, you will return to Cusco by train and bus, arriving in the evening with unforgettable memories and the feeling of having touched history.
Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policies
• CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Requests to reschedule will be accepted only up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to additional fees and availability, particularly during high-demand seasons (from april to october). - Please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-transferable and non-modifiable. - Should the client choose to change the activity date, a new entrance ticket must be purchased, subject to availability. • CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity date are eligible up to 60% partial refund. .- Cancellations made within 6 days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation. - In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of both the company and the client (strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, etc.), a refund may be issued; however, the amount will be subject to evaluation. • REFUND PROCESSING - Payments made via PayPal are refunded immediately. - Refunds for credit or debit card payments may require several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
