CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations requested 72 hours prior to the travel day receive 65% refund. - Cancellations requested within 72 hours prior to the travel day are non-refundable. - Cancellations requested for any reason, beyond the responsibility of the company or the client (strikes, social conflicts, natural disasters, etc.) are refundable, however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation. REFUNDS - For payments made via PayPal, refunds are processed immediately. - For credit or debit card payments, refunds may take several days depending on your bank’s policies.
